Can I take your online courses if I have prior training or enrolled in other online/in-person courses?
Absolutely! If you are looking for a classic or volume lashing refresher or if you're a beginner, our courses are a wonderful option.

What do I need to complete your course?
To successfully complete one of our courses, you will need a few things:

• Reliable internet access

• A WiFi-enabled computer or tablet (a phone is acceptable, though can make it more difficult to see the details)

• Your training kit, if you purchased one (this will be sent to you upon enrollment!)

• A ring light or good lighting that you can use to practice

• A live model and mannequin head to complete the certification process

Which course should I take?
Our classic course is a great fit if you:

• Are new to the lash industry with no prior lashing experience

• Have completed some previous classic lashing training but found you still struggle with the basics

• Would like a refresher on proper techniques, procedures, styling, and other foundational concepts

Our volume course is a great fit if you:

• Have already earned a classic lashing certificate or are confident with classic lash technique

• Have been lashing for at least 3-6 months and are comfortable with the foundations.

• Would like a volume refresher or to learn additional fanning methods or to brush up on your techniques and skills

Will I be able to do lash extensions after enrolling to your course?
Absolutely! We provide you all the knowledge you need to become a successful lash artist, it is up to you to complete the hands-on activities and practice required to master the technical aspects. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our ongoing educator support where we can support you in your journey and provide valuable feedback. Remember to practice regularly. We are proud to say that our students are able to launch lash services asap upon completing our program, with many operating home-based and salon businesses!

Do you offer any payment plans?
We sure do! We offer instalment payments via Atome/ShopBack at checkout via our website, where you can automatically split the cost into 3 interest free installments.

Do I need any beauty or lash experience to join your online courses?
Our lash extension courses do not require any previous qualifications or experience in lash extensions for you to start your lash training. At the end of your lash training course with us , you will be a fully qualified Eyelash Extension Technician. You could be qualified to apply lash extensions within just 1-3 days. Our courses break down each key component and thoroughly explain each topic. We do recommend that you practice your own time for as long as possible until you are confident to take on live models and clients.

Should I complete your classic course prior to doing volume even if I don't want to do classic lashes?
In order to complete a lash course in volume lash extensions, we recommend completing a Classic lash extension course prior and getting certified in Classic Lash Extensions, or already have a Classic Lash Extension Certificate prior to starting a volume lash extension course. A classic lash course will set your foundation and teach you all the basics and essentials needed to thrive as a lash artist. Basics are so important. Our volume course is more advanced and volume techniques are alot harder and you will struggle if you haven't underwent prior classic lash training.

How many video modules are included in each course?
Unlike many lash academies out there that use youtube content which isn't even produced by them, we create and film our videos in-house, which means this content is only available exclusively when you enrol into our courses, no where else. We teach and explain procedures the same way we would if you attend our live in-person trainings, which will allow you to see what has been done in each video in detail and it's super easy to understand and follow. There are over 30 video tutorials per course, and future videos will be added to our course portal at no extra cost to you if and when we film more educational content. You will have lifetime access to all videos and you will be able to re-watch unlimited times at your own time and pace.

Can I attend your course from anywhere?
Yes, our online course can be done from anywhere in the world. We have students worldwide currently completing our online lash course. You can study from the comfort of your home and at your own pace on any device you wish.
